• Keep scanned copy of your photo ID proof and passport size photograph ready in .jpeg format (file size not more than 75 Kb), before you click the “Proceed” button at the bottom.
• Create your profile by entering your email ID/ user ID, password and personal information.
• Remember your email / user ID and password, so that next time you register for any of our events, our registration engine automatically picks up your personal information.
• One email ID / user id will only store personal information of only one applicant. It will not store your photo ID proof, photo and payment details for your future transactions.
• For security reasons, please DON’T use following characters anywhere on the registration form, in file name (attachment), your profile password and in website link .    ?  !  #  $  %    (  )  *  +  ,  /  :  =  ;  [  ]  ^    {  }  |  ~  &  <  >
• Avoid using BACK or REFRESH button while registering
• Register Using MOZILLA FIREFOX or GOOGLE CHROME Browser
• Avoid using INTERNET EXPLORER
• Register using different workstation if you are not able to proceed.

How to reduce file size of your .jpeg file (photo ID proof & passport size photo):

• Go to the folder where the file is saved.
• Right click on the file.
• Click on “Open with” and select “paint”
• When “Paint” opens in Windows 8 & 7, click “Home” on top left > select “Resize” > select “Percentage” > reduce “horizontal / vertical” count and save the file as JPEG to get the file size below 75 kb.
• When “Paint” opens in Windows XP & Vista, click “Image” on top > select “Stretch/Skew” > select “Percentage” > reduce “horizontal / vertical” count and save the file as JPEG to get the file size below 75 kb.
